A certified-organic extra virgin olive oil blend. All of the olives are harvested by hand, and within four hours they are made into oil. After racking (the natural settling and clearing process), the olive oil varieties are blended to attain the estate’s signature taste profile within DOP Umbria Colli Orvietani standards.
