The Story

This is the story of Naomi Mobed, one of the most interesting women we have ever met. Born in Tehran, Iran, Naomi has lived in Hong Kong, New York, Paris, Johannesburg and Dubai, and has degrees from Oxford, Harvard and Princeton. 

On each stop of her life's journey, she has been inspired by the indigenous culinary traditions. Now living in Princeton, she has started a business that allows her to show off these influences. Each of her preserves pulls ingredients from around the world into one jar, resulting in flavor combinations we've never seen before. 

This carrot marmalade had us all raising our eyebrows in skepticism, but we were convinced on the first taste. It's hearty, but delicate. It's sweet and spicy, savory and fruity. It's the new condiment we can't live without.

Usage Tips

We're honestly happy eating it right out of the jar, but you'll usually find us pairing it with hearty cheddar or alpine cheese like Gruyere or Challerhocker. It's also great as an accompaniment to pate and salami, and can be cooked down as a glaze or stuffing for pork or chicken.
