The Story

After running his family's Salumificio in Piemonte for a number of years, Cristiano Creminelli founded Creminelli Fine Meats in 2007. Using all natural and organic ingredients and sourcing heritage breed meats for his artisanal salumi, Cristiano produces a number of traditional (and non-traditional) meat treats in their facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Creminelli makes this version of their signature salami with a healthy dose of black summer truffles for an earthy, pork treat.

Usage Tips
