Face Rock Cheddar
This cheese has a nice taste but I was shocked at how small the wedge is! If using for a charcuterie board, buy two of them unless your board is small.
An award-winning Oregon cheddar with a complex and palatable flavor profile.
Country of Origin: United States
Milk Type/Treatment: Pasteurized Cow
The Flavor Experience
Aged in climate controlled caves for a low-moisture, smooth texture, this medium cheddar is creamy, salty, and slightly nutty.
The Story
Crafted in Bandon, Oregon, a city with an extensive cheese history dating back to the 1800's, where the warm climate and fertile land is ideal for raising pasture - and grass-fed cows. Some experts claim it's the richest dairy land in the country, producing cheese with unique and distinguishable taste. Face Rock produces hand-crafted cheeses without any artificial ingredients, so you know you're getting a reliably delicious cheese each time.
Usage Tips
Slice, grate, and melt — this is one versatile cheese. Try some stuffed burgers, beer and cheddar soup, or a next-level mac and cheese.

First received a free sample of the Face Rock Cheddar with my purchase of the Gorgonzola spread (also amazing!). The Face Rock is so delightfully creamy and buttery. Pairs beautifully with apples and alternatively with big bold red wines (think Napa Cabernet or Amarone). Will definitely be buying on repeat!
