The Flavor Experience
Who knew you could make caramel from goat's milk? Fat Toad Farm, that's who! This family-run farm milks their herd of goats twice a day, and turns all that goat milk into oozy, silky, drizzly caramel sauce that's sweet but not too sweet, and with just the right hint of tanginess that makes goat's milk cheeses so delicious. Their Original Caramal flavor is made with just goat milk and pure cane sugar. So simple, and so good.
Located in central Vermont, Fat Toad Farm uses a herd of 60 Alpine dairy goats to make their Goat's Milk Caramels. Made in small batches, the caramel is hand-stirred for five hours to a gorgeous, golden consistency, and mixed with pure cane sugar and natural ingredients like French Bourbon vanilla bean, cinnamon sticks, and even Kentucky Straight Bourbon. Each jar is bottled by hand, ensuring a truly authentic pasture-to-pantry experience.
Pour over ice cream or greek yogurt, drizzle on waffles and pancakes for a sweet start in the morning, or dunk apple slices for an afternoon snack.
