The Italian Style Curd that we use in our fresh Mozzarella production is now available so that you can make your own creamy fresh Mozzarella cheese in your own kitchen! The Mozzarella Curd should be immersed in hot water (approx 160 F) and then stretched and kneaded to the desired consistency and pulled into a ball. Each bag should yield 5-10 lbs of fresh Mozzarella cheese.

Your order is guaranteed to be handled with care and shipped with an eye toward ensuring the products arrive as fresh as possible. All of our perishables are packed in insulated, heat-resistant packaging with safe, re-usable ice packs. If you should also order dry goods, we neatly pack them around the other materials, enclosed in a sturdy, corrugated container.

It generally takes one business day to receive and process your order. Shipping speed selected at checkout applies to the time in transit only. The delivery clock starts once the package is picked up by our carriers, not once you submit your order, and there are times when our fulfillment team may hold certain orders to process and ship after the weekend in order to ensure product viability.     I had SO much fun making my own fresh mozzarella! I divided the curd into 4ths, froze half and have another quarter to make a new batch. Love it!

    I could not find a local store to purchase this curd and I am extremely satisfied with the quality and fast service. The curd came so well packaged and just in time, as I hoped, for weekend cheese making! My Armenian String Cheese is perfect! Thank you!

    Worked great first time. If your a newbie, like me, start with small batches. 2 or 3 pounds until you learn the process. Each batch gets better and better.

    Excellent product! Received the curd yesterday, and today I have the best mozzarella I've ever had! I highly recommend this product. Tip: Make sure you calibrate your thermometer. I used a brand new one and it was registering 8 degrees hotter than it actually was. It matters.
