The Italian Style Curd that we use in our fresh Mozzarella production is now available so that you can make your own creamy fresh Mozzarella cheese in your own kitchen! The Mozzarella Curd should be immersed in hot water (approx 160 F) and then stretched and kneaded to the desired consistency and pulled into a ball. Each bag should yield 5-10 lbs of fresh Mozzarella cheese.

    The product came in good condition. I can't wait to make fresh mozzarella, again. My family has made mozarrella for a long time, but finding the curd gets more difficult. Thank you Di Bruno Bros!

    Very nice stretch and shine when following recommended process of 170 to 180 degree water tempering. Finished mozzarella was very shiny, stretched very well. Great flavor, but somewhat dry. I tasted the curd before doing any tempering/ stretching, and it was a bit squeaky and dry as curd. Overall best mozzarella I've ever made though. Have not been able to get to this stretchy and shiny quality with my own homemade curds. If not for the dryness and slight squeak to the curd itself, I'd have rated it a 5.

    I tried and failed so many times to make my own curd for mozzarella. Then I found DiBruno's and it's unbelievably delicious and easy. I'll never try making it on my own again. Their 'how to' instructions and video make it fool-proof for success. Fast delivery too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    There is nothing like making your own fresh mozzarella and having some while still warm then making pizza with it. It's so easy....

    There is nothing like making fresh mozzarella for your family in half an hour and then make homemade pizza. I've used a couple brands and companies for curd this one is the best
