The Story

Ibérico COVAP has been the standard for world-class Spanish meats since 1959, and today is the largest farmers cooperative in Spain. They use a rare breed of pig from the Iberian Peninsula, known for producing exceptionally marbled meats. The 100% Ibérico breed pigs are acorn-and-grass-fed, and raised on pastures with the best grass and millennium-old holm oaks. The result is lean and tender pork with unique flavors found nowhere else in the world.

Usage Tips
