It's named after the stones that are commonly found along the shoreline of Lake Champlain. Their 100 goats are better than grass-fed - they feed on a wetland reserve. This pristine environment shines through in the milk, yielding flavors of grass, minerality, and creme fraiche, with an ethereally delicate texture and oozing cream line. 

The Story

Established in 2000, Blue Ledge Farm is a family-owned and operated goat dairy. Each wheel is made on-site with high-quality ingredients and a commitment to sustainable farming. 

Usage Tips

Lake’s Edge is best enjoyed with a light red wine such as a Pinot Noir.
