The Story

Tranquillo Loison first opened a bakery in Costabissara in 1938.  Over the past 75 years, his family has steadily built the brand into one of the most respected in all of Italy.  Today, his grandchildren manage the company in a way that is both traditional and innovative.

Usage Tips

Slice yourself a piece and drizzle some melted butter over the top. Enjoy with coffee to start your day, or a dark glass of Cabernet to finish strong.
