The father-son duo at Bertagni have deep roots in shepherding and cheese-making. Hailing from Tuscany’s Garfagnana region tucked between the Apuan Alps and the Tuscan-Emilian Apennine, their herds of cows, goats, and sheep are privy to some of Italy’s most lush and unique grasses.
