Crafted by Glauser Dairy to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Interlaken's Grand Hotel Victoria-Jungfrau in Switzerland's Bernese Highlands, this stunning alpine is one-of-a-kind. Each wheel bears the hotel's coat of arms on its rind and carries Princess Alicia-Victoria's namesake, who was known for her work with the Swedish and Swiss Red Cross during WWII. 

Usage Tips

Trim the surface mould and let rest an hour before serving. Enjoy with a drizzle of wildflower honey.
