Marinated Feta and Olives

Serves: 4-6 Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 1 hour

Feta flavors can reach new heights with a marinade!

Ingredients

4 ounces Feta, cubed

2 ounces Castelvetrano Olives, pitted and halved

½ cup Sicilian Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

½ teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Place feta in an airtight container.

Add olives, olive oil and pepper.

Close lid and marinate for at least an hour before serving.

Serve with crusty bread or crostini.
