Saffron White Bean Dip
Creamy cannellini beans are whipped into a smooth dip with fragrant garlic and saffron.
Ingredients
2 cups of Rancho Gordo cannellini beans, cooked
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice {½ a lemon approximately}
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon Diaspora saffron threads
½ teaspoon sea salt
3 tablespoon DB Sicilian extra virgin olive oil
Serve with Toketti flatbread crisps

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Serve in a bowl with extra olive oil on top and a sprinkle of saffron.
