Inspired by Gouda, Reypenaer is made in a traditional way by a small cheese factory and is ripened according to historical practice in the unique microclimate of an old cheese warehouse in Woerden (Holland). The intense taste of the Reypenaer will linger on your palate in the most delicious way.
