Mmm … bacon. Everyone's favorite breakfast food-turned-anytime food is ready to spread on your favorite breakfast sandwich or piece of cheese. This jam is cooked down with sugar, beer and spices and has over 1/2 a lb of bacon in each jar! A little bit goes a long way, and every little bit is delicious.
This bacon jam was originally conceptualized as an ingredient in a snack on a Philadelphia Eagles tailgate menu, and has only grown since them. Bruce Kramer and Michael Oraschewsky started selling their jam concoction online in 2013, and are now making them available in a variety of specialty grocery stores.
Throw it in your skillet to bacon-up any dish! Spread it on a thick slice of buttered toast, add eggs for a sandwich. You can even use it as a glaze for pan-roasted vegetables, if you'd like something semi-sorta-maybe healthy.

I bought this firstly for my husband as he is a bacon lover. He wasn't sure about it but made his burgers last night. Let me say this.. it doesn't look attractive.. but the taste is AMAZING! I put a good coating inside the top bun, with some of my usual fixing and it elevated the burger like you wouldn't believe! I was skeptical with the comment saying to get more than one.. one container will last a while but I agree. This is so awesome! Try it!
This jam is taste just like bacon with a little sweetness.
It is delicious over a slice of cheddar. We even tried a bit over roasted Brussel sprouts. The options are endless. Yum
It's difficult to rate a product like this because it is absolutely the best! I'm also afraid that others will buy so much of it that it will be out of stock when I place my next order. The taste is over the top, addictive, and just plain wonderful. There is a lot of bacon in this special treat. I just can't adequately describe the taste, but you should try it. Order more than one. I had bacon jam for the first time at a restaurant in Chicago. It was so delicious, it stuck in my mind. I was thrilled when I saw it on your website. It's just as wonderful as my memory from the restaurant.
