The Story

Between January and August, this feta is crafted by third-generation firm Achilles Sokratis via a painstaking process five days a week. Sourced from 100 shepherds near Macedonia, importer Essex St. Cheese is passionate about finding the highest-quality European cheeses and bringing them to America. This outstanding feta is no exception. 

Usage Tips

Pair with bright mineral whites like Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc. Sprinkle over roasted veggies, mix into your tomato soup, or add to an avocado for a quick and healthy snack.

    I ordered this when buying other cheeses for a cheese board, We eat feta every week, and this is so much better than my grocery store brands. On time shipping, too. Highly recommend.
