This is one of the original cheese spreads that started it all. During the 1970s, the oil embargo was a burden for the shop, depending so strongly on imports. Our founders, Danny and Joe, turned to Wisconsin cheddar producers to provide the base for their now-infamous cheese spreads.
You’ll have no shame evoking restaurant memories with our favorite garlic bread: a split baguette spread with a blend of butter, Grated Pecorino Romano, and Garlic & Herb Spread. When you place this under the broiler, you’ll know it’s done by the tell-tale browning ridges. Another cheese spread we have had countless times and love it , gentle on garlic and lots of flavor great mixed in with hot pasta makes an awesome side dish add a few sliced Olives and top with locatelli cheese
