My favorite!
Love this with crostini’s and other crackers. Sometimes my husband just takes a spoonful, he loves it.
Sweet and punchy at once.

The sharp, punchy zing and sweet cream of Gorgonzola are blended into our handmade Gorgonzola DB Cheese Spread. As a dip, spread, or condiment, the Gorgonzola DB Cheese Spread has done all the hard work already. Your love of blue cheese is reason enough to keep this on hand at all times.
Gorgonzola is made in a two-day process. Curds from the first day’s milking are swept to the sides of the form, creating a bowl to accept the curds from the second day’s make. Back in the '40s and '50s, it was not uncommon to see our founder, Danny Di Bruno, with a giant spoon in hand behind the counter, scooping out our spreads onto wax paper for customers in our original Italian Market shop.
Hopping onto the buffalo bandwagon is a cinch with Gorgonzola Cheese Spread. Schmeared onto flatbreads or toasted hoagie rolls, you’re ready to receive a crispy chicken cutlet dressed in Blis Blast Hot Sauce, but a BLT handles this addition just as well, too. Don’t underestimate the timeless crudité. A platter of celery sticks is easily rejuvenated when Brooklyn Brine Chipotle Carrots, Crisp and Co. Marinated Mushrooms, and bright-and-shiny Peppadews congregate around a mound of this cheese spread.

I love cheese spreads - no question that the DiBruno products are the best I've ever had. I used to be able to buy them at my supermarket, but they seem to have vanished so I ordered them from DiBruno Brothers online. The Gorgonzola spread is delicious - smooth texture, and perfect on my weekend Pumpernickel bagels.
This is the best Gorgonzola cheese spread on earth. Ever since the first taste — we have ordered enough at a time so we never run out. My husband likes to get family and friends to try it. They also love it, and some have become faithful customers as well. It has real cheese and taste so delicious. Thanks so much Di Bruno’s.
full flavored and creamy
Break out the crackers, spread it on the hamburger bun, drop a dollop on those nasty brussels sprouts to make them actually edible. This is terrific cheese spread!
Excellent
Great flavor
The Gorgonzola was very good along with the free Provolone and Chianti you included.
delicious on crackers or warmed on crusty bread. It is not available where I buy other DiBruno spreads.
Dear Di Bruno,
I am awaiting for the holidays to enjoy the Gorgonzola and the Abbruzze cheese spreads that I ordered. I am familiar and fond of these products. However I can already express my admiration for the way that these cheese spreads were mailed. The wrapping and the ice pouch were splendid.
Thank you, Edmée
