Gorgonzola is made in a two-day process. Curds from the first day’s milking are swept to the sides of the form, creating a bowl to accept the curds from the second day’s make. Back in the '40s and '50s, it was not uncommon to see our founder, Danny Di Bruno, with a giant spoon in hand behind the counter, scooping out our spreads onto wax paper for customers in our original Italian Market shop.
Hopping onto the buffalo bandwagon is a cinch with Gorgonzola Cheese Spread. Schmeared onto flatbreads or toasted hoagie rolls, you’re ready to receive a crispy chicken cutlet dressed in Blis Blast Hot Sauce, but a BLT handles this addition just as well, too. Don’t underestimate the timeless crudité. A platter of celery sticks is easily rejuvenated when Brooklyn Brine Chipotle Carrots, Crisp and Co. Marinated Mushrooms, and bright-and-shiny Peppadews congregate around a mound of this cheese spread.

I purchased one of each of the cheese spreads, and I am addicted! Now I am putting these on crackers, croissants, sandwiches, and in omelets, etc. Cheese spreads are now a regular staple, rather than just a treat in my house.
I first tried this product in Hawaii and was instantly addicted, unfortunately I couldn't find it at a grocery in my home state. I was nervous to order a dairy product by mail however it was packed with such care it was actually cold when I received it. Two thumbs up for both the product and the shipping!

I have previously purchased this cheese spread at my local grocery store. I was very surprised they no longer carry your brand. When I found your product on line, I ordered immediately. Love it! Also, the packing and shipping was great.
