The Story
It took us about 65 years to find a true, imported Provolone that was consistently sharp and delicious. We had to make it our house Provolone, and since the mid '90s, this has been our best seller.
Usage Tips
Serve with Pepperoni Abbruzzese, Olive Salad, and Roasted Red Peppers.
As far as pairing cheeses with cold beer and football, nothing beats this Provolone. Beer Pairing: Anything in a can or bottle.
All of our cheeses are hand-cut, by humans. For this reason, our product weights may fluctuate between 7oz and 9 oz.
