Our classic line of spreads is inspired by family recipes that were once made in the Italian kitchen of Di Bruno Bros. founders Danny and Joe Di Bruno, over 50 years ago. The new spread flavors and creation process symbolize the “new era” of Di Bruno Bros., involving a team of Certified Cheese Professionals, and current, third-generation owners. The goal was to create flavors that would bring the Di Bruno Bros. mantra of “culinary pioneering” to life with flavors that are delicious, exciting, and something you wouldn’t typically expect.

It’s too hard to choose a favorite from all these wonderful cheese spreads. I thought the cheddar horseradish was my favorite but this one is definitely a contender for my favorite.

We really love this one, reminds us of old school pimiento cheese but the ale and smoky gouda flavor elevates it. So great with pretzels , crackers, carrots, celery.
Great smoke flavor and sweetness from the Gouda, but it could use a little more beer flavor (maybe some hop oil in the recipe would do the trick?) to really round things out. We ate this with ridged potato chips and Ritz crackers and really enjoyed the 'junk food' pairing.
