Holiday eating and entertaining can be overwhelming if you're hosting and attending a ton of get togethers—especially if you don't have a lot of time to dedicate to cooking! We looked through our pantry, grabbed some of our favorite ingredients, and whipped up some easy-to-prepare and delicious-to-eat treats, so you can spend more time with your peeps, and less time stressing in the kitchen.
The Gourmet Tuna Salad
Ingredients:

Ortiz Bonito Del Norte
•
Olive Oil Caviaroli
•
Sicilian Oil Cured Black Olives
• Spring Lettuce Mix
• Zucchini and squash
• Cherry tomatoes
The simple recipe:
1. Chop the zucchini, squash, and cherry tomatoes.
2. Toss them together with the spring mix lettuce, tuna, and black olives.
3. Add the Caviaroli on top. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
Simple & Delicious Pasta
Ingredients:

Lucero Ascolano Olive Oil
•
Bartolini Rigatoni pasta
• Diced
DB Soppressata
• Shaved
Parmigiano Reggiano
•
Jacobsen's Pure Sea Salt
The simple recipe:
1. Make the pasta (boil the water, salt the water, add the pasta, boil until al dente, drain it when it's done—you know the drill!).
2. Mix in a serving bowl with the diced soppressata and shaved Parmigiano Reggiano.
3. Drizzle the olive oil on top and add sprinkle Jacobsen's Pure Sea Salt on top.
Caramel Apple Brie
Ingredients:

Normandie Brie
•
Fat Toad Farm Caramel Sauce
• Green apple slices
Kitchenware:
• Brie Baker
The simple recipe:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Add the Brie to the Brie Baker and drizzle with caramel sauce. Arrange sliced green apples around the top
3. Cook your Brie masterpiece for 10-12 minutes or until the Brie is soft and warm to touch.
Orange Bourbon Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:

Challerhocker
•
Blake Hill Orange and Bourbon Whiskey Marmalade
• Sliced bread of your choice
• Butter
The simple recipe:
1. Slice Challerhocker and lay on top of a piece of bread. Slather the marmalade on top of the cheese.
2. Place the other slice of bread on top.
3. Add butter to a heated pan and cook on both sides to your liking. (Repeat to make multiple sandwiches.)
Note: We suggest making a pile of these and slicing into fours (draw an X in the grilled cheese with your knife) for finger sandwiches. Bonus: Pick up a bowl of tomato bisque from one of our retail locations for dipping!
Fried Pickles
Ingredients:

Crisp & Co. Grand Dill Pickles
• Corn Meal
The Dip:
•
Sir Kensington's Chipotle Mayo
The simple recipe:
1. Coat the pickle chips with corn meal.
2. Fry in a pan with a little bit of olive oil until crispy.
3. Serve with Sir Kensington's Chipotle Mayo for dipping.
