The Story
Friends Mike Glauser and Jurg Wyss came together to produce cheeses that honor the traditional cheesemaking traditions of the Glauser family and Emmental Valley. Each batch is made within 24 hours from dairy to wheel, making flavors fresh and authentically artisanal in every bite.
