Imported from Umbria and made by a family with over 150 years of pasta making experience, Bartolini Fusilli Gigante pasta is made with artisanal Italian durum wheat flour and cut using traditional bronze molds, giving the pasta a porous texture. These delightful spirals are wider and longer than classic fusilli, all the much better for grabbing and holding sauces!
Bartolini has been making fine Italian olive oil since 1850, near the town of Arrone, in Umbria. Their line of durum wheat pastas are made with the same care and dedication to tradition as their olive oils.
Bartolini Fusilli Gigante is pesto's perfect partner for dinner deliciousness. The thick spirals trap the herby sauce beautifully, leaving no noodle uncovered!
