Finding a bacon you can enjoy for breakfast, lunch, or dinner is much like finding the soulmate you've waited for your whole life. This hearty country-style bacon is thick and juicy with a marbling to lust after, a peppery bite, and smokiness that just won't quit.
The Story
This bacon is dry cured by hand with salt, brown sugar, and black pepper. After about three weeks curing and drying in refrigeration, it is thoroughly smoked in our wood stove smokehouse for two to three days continuously. Finally, it is packed by hand, mere feet from the smokehouse. Made in Tennessee since 1947.
Usage Tips
Crisp in a pan to pair with eggs, use to top a burger, or toss with rigatoni in alfredo sauce.
