Danish Blue is a semi-soft, blue-veined cheese made from cow's milk with a tangy and salty flavor. Its texture is creamy, but still firm enough to crumble on a salad.

As blues age, their salt content becomes more concentrated. Because of this, a Danish Blue - and most blue cheeses in general - love to be paired with something sweet.
