Includes:
-
Auricchio Mini Waxed Provoletini Ball (15 oz) –Mild and buttery when young, sharp and pleasantly dry when aged. We swear by this little bundle of joy!
- Di Bruno Bros. Abbruzze Cheese Spread (7.6 oz) – Loaded with zesty garlic and plenty of red chiles, Abbruzze Cheese Spread is the classic spicy treat of the Italian Market. With a rich cheddar base for spreading, dipping, or even cooking, this is definitely Philadelphia’s new classic. Our founders, Danny and Joe Di Bruno, hail from Abruzzo, Italy (back of the mid-calf, using the traditional boot model), lending their homeland’s name to many of our favorite products.
- Di Bruno Bros. Italian Market-Style Pepperoni (8 oz) These little guys are the perfect size to eat as-you-go. One of our most popular charcuterie items, this slightly spicy pepperoni is easy to slice and share...and even easier to, well, just eat whole. Who said you had to share?
- Di Bruno Bros. Green Cerignola Olives (9.7 oz) – Meaty, buttery, and delicate, these green gems of goodness are imported by Di Bruno Bros. from the Bari province of Italy and are our most popular variety of olive. Even those olive-adverse may be swooned by these.
- Di Bruno Bros. Rosemary Crostini (7.04 oz) – Made by family-owned artisanal Italian bakery, Pan Ducale, meaning “bread of the duke,” handcrafts our crostini collection.
Still hungry? Di Bruno Bros. Roasted Peppers, a wedge of Taleggio, and some sliced Prosciutto di Parma can really round out an impressive spread. The more the merrier! Oh and don't forget the red wine - might we recommend Montepulciano d'Abruzzo?
