The Story
Did you know that there are approximately 350 different pasta shapes in the world? Rigatoni is one of the few that stands out as a favorite in Italy, and the US. It's particularly beloved in southern Italy and Sicily in traditional dishes. The name comes from the word Rigato, meaning ridged.

Usage Tips
