The Story

Di Bruno’s Balsamico Gold is an aged balsamic vinegar of Modena, made from Trebbiano and Nebbiolo grape must and aged 12 years. Our vinegar proudly bears the PGI stamp of approval from the Consorzio Aceto Balsamico di Modena in Italy.
