The Story

For three generations the Maestri family has delighted the most demanding European consumers - they only opened production in the United States in 2014. Maestri imports cured meat specialties directly from their regions of origin to the United States, and slices them freshly and with care in their state-of–the-art facility.

It's tapas time! Maestri helps take the work out of building a crowd-wowing Spanish charcuterie board. Grab a jar of Castelvetrano olives and a wedge of aged Manchego to pair with these perfectly sliced Spanish meats. Silky Jamon Serrano, paprika-infused Chorizo Español, and mild but meaty Salchichon can't be beat with a glass of Rioja.
