The Story
Agostino Fiasche and his son Antonio are the proud guardians of a century-old Italian legacy. As co-founders of 'Nduja Artisans Salumeria, the Fiasche's are the culmination of five generations of Calabrian salumi makers.
Nduja Artisan pork products are made with 100% Berkshire Pork, raised on family farms in southern Minnesota. They are never given antibiotics, no growth promotants or hormones, and always vegetarian-fed.
Usage Tips
Nduja is the perfect summer picnic meat: just grab a chub and throw it in your backpack. It can survive a long bike ride or hike, and simply needs to be paired with a baguette and your favorite sipping beverage.
