The Story
As reminisced to Forever Cheese:
Usage Tips
A cheese with such a beautiful rind needs little other than a glass of wine, but we like to dress it up anyway. (Who abides by that "remove one accessory before leaving the house" rule, anyway?) Slice Camomilla up and drizzle her with some rich honey, or dab a bit of Pistacchiosa for color and contrast. On the savory side, serve this cheese as the dairy on a crudite board, Dry white wine makes for the perfect beverage pairing - we recommend regional Albana, Malvasia di Candia or Trebbiano.
