This imported Havarti is a double cream, meaning extra cream is added during the cheesemaking process boosting it to 60% butterfat. Butter itself is around 80% butterfat, and cheddar is more like 50% so you can get an idea how delightfully creamy our Havarti is. Incredibly versatile and easy to enjoy - slice, shred, or snack away!
