R&G's products are made in Troy, NY by master cheese maker Sean O'Connor. The milk they use is sourced from farms in the Hudson, Mohawk and Hoosick Valleys.
Excellent as a snack when spread atop crackers, toast or apples. Makes a great addition to the cheese plate.
