The Flavor Experience
Cheers! This silky cow's milk cheese is bathed in gallons of Prosecco, the famous Italian sparkling wine. The result creates a light fruity aroma with notes of berry and grapefruit.
The Story
Back in 1930, Luigi Moro and his sons worked together in their humble stable to sell milk to families in their small town of Oderzo. After WWII, their milk collection center became a cheese factory and shop. Decades later, Luigi's grandson Sergio expanded the family business even further, aging artisan cheeses with inventive flavors like Prosecco, Lapsang Souchong Tea, and hay.
Usage Tips
Enjoy a luxurious cheese plate with chunks of Ubriacco, fresh strawberries, dark chocolate, and, of course, sparkling Prosecco.
