The Flavor Experience

Cheesemakers at Senneri Huban created a masterful wedge of alpine cheese you can pair with chocolate or charcuterie. Toothsome with bold umami flavor and subtle nuttiness each bite is more irresistible than the next. A coating of fresh flora of marigold, rose petals, lavender, and chervil make it just as stunning as it is delicious.

The Story

Made by Sennerei Huban, the first cheese school in Austria, Alp Blossom celebrates the Alpine flora of the "Hay Belt" area. After six months, the wheels are transported to a safe at Kaeskuche in Bavaria, where the rind is covered in the same flowers and herbs from the surrounding Alpine meadows that cows who produce the milk graze on.

Enjoy by the slice with a glass of Riesling and a wedge of dark chocolate.
