What is the minimum order for the corporate gifting program?
There is no minimum order for standard corporate gifting orders, however - an order minimum of $5,000 is applicable for customizable gifts.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay by credit card.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated per address and will populate once your address list is uploaded into the Gifting Portal. Free Shipping is available for items priced at $149.99 or more.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping times will vary depending on the shipping destination but all perishable items will be delivered within (2) Business Days of shipping OR within the Shipping Week Selected at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order through the Corporate Gifting Portal.
Can I customize the gift baskets?
Yes, you can customize the gift baskets to fit the recipient's taste. Minimum of $5,000 Spend. Holiday Restrictions may apply

What's the deadline to order for the holidays?
For any branded or customized gifts, place your order by October 30 to guarantee holiday delivery. Standard (non-customized) orders have until December 11.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Yes - volume discounts start at 5% and increase with order size. Reach out to our concierge team for a custom quote based on your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the contiguous United States only.

Do recipients need a smartphone?
If your recipient's phone number is tied to a landline, make sure to choose email or link as your notification method. If you try to send a text to a landline, it'll bounce (and that is a bummer for everyone!).

Your recipients can opt into tracking. You and your recipients can check package tracking to ensure every present gets safely to its destination.
