Di Bruno Bros. Catering executes both Delivery and Pick Up orders, with all menu items presented on high-end, disposable platters - Perfect for your guests to enjoy at their leisure! Additionally, we provide disposable goods of plates, cutlery, and napkins to match your guest count, and all necessary serving utensils with all orders.
All menu items are designed to generously serve 10-12 guests. If you are unsure about the quantities needed, we are happy to assist with proper suggestions, or make menu recommendations based on your guest count.

This Thanksgiving, let us handle the cooking so you can focus on what truly matters: spending time with loved ones. Our classic Thanksgiving dinner serves 6 generously and features all the traditional fixings you crave. Simply pick up your meal between November 26th and 28th and enjoy a delicious, stress-free holiday feast.
We kindly request 48 hours' notice for all orders to be placed, but will always do our best to try to accommodate orders placed last–minute. Cancellations are acceptable up to 48 hours in advance at no additional charge. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your order date may still require full or partial invoice payment.
All Di Bruno Bros. Catering menu items are built to feed 10-12 guests, generously. Most platters will comfortably feed approximately 15 guests.

Yes, disposable goods of plates, napkins, and cutlery, as well as serving utensils, are provided with all orders. Updated premium disposable goods of compostable bamboo plates and cutlery are available for purchase at $1.75 per person. Coffee cups, sleeves, and lids are included with purchase of any Coffee Service. Plastic tumblers are not included, but available for purchase at $1.00 per person.
Regarding the sizing of our trays, we are unable to adjust the standard quantities, due to production in volume.
However, we do have options that better feed 8 guests generously (rather than our standard 10-12 generously) available on our "Game Day" Menu!
If the customization should be dietary, there are some requests we can certainly accommodate (like leaving meats off of Cheese Boards or Cheeses/Croutons off of Green Salads, etc.)
