The Story

New England Charcuterie crafts all of their products locally in Boston, sourcing their pork from small farms across the country. While their recipes are time-tested and passed down over generations, their techniques and technologies are modern and innovative. Their creations are antibiotic-free with no added nitrates. The name "Salt & Twine" is derived from the process of curing and packaging meats. This small batch producer clings to tradition but adds a modern touch.
