The Brewer, The Farmer, The Chef and The Goat
On Tuesday September 20th 2011 - World renowned Stoudt's Brewing Company and local livestock farm, 7th Heaven Farm, will come together with culinary master Chef Rob Sidor of Di Bruno Bros. to honor THE GOAT - in all its glory - nose to tail. This event will be the 3rd in a series of Beer and Cheese tastings that are open to the public held at Di Bruno Bros. in Rittenhouse Square.
The contemporary and private space Upstairs at Di Bruno Bros. is a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests will enjoy a unique experience of celebrating great food, great beer and great people. This exciting evening of collaboration begins as guests are greeted by the artisan masters from 7th Heaven Farm, Stoudt’s Brewery and Di Bruno Bros. Focused on all things goat, there will be interactive tasting stations that include plentiful and various preparations of goat and goat cheese. Guests will be engaged in lively discussion as they explore their own palates, flavors and pairings.
7th Heaven Farm located in Tabernacle, New Jersey raises rare and heritage cattle, sheep, goats, poultry and swine. Reflected in the quality and flavor of their meat, the farm’s emphasis is on the health and happiness of their animals, allowing them to roam free and exhibit their natural behavior. A grass-fed diet, healthy environment and careful treatment, is a way of life that graciously meets the needs of their animals and consumers.
