The Legend Series: World Tour coming to Philadelphia (formerly known as the International Cheesemaker Rockstars Dinner). The Masters of Cheese from all over Europe will come together to honor Daphne Zepos, a trailblazer in the global cheese community. Not only will you get the chance to speak directly with some of the finest and most renowned cheese experts, but you will also be helping them raise money for a scholarship created in Zepos's memory! It will be a night of learning about all things cheese, enjoying a selection of delectable dishes prepared by Di Bruno Bros. Executive Chef James Liuzza and Chef Marc Vetri, and washing it down with a selection of delicious brews provided by Brooklyn Brewery. It doesn't get better than that!

With a lineup including José Luis Martin, Giorgio Cravero, Phillipe Goux, Betty Koster, Todd and Maugan Threthowan and Stacey Hedges, none of your questions will go unanswered. Additionally, special appearances by Herb Eckhouse of La Quercia cured meats, Marc Vetri of Vetri Family Restaurants, and Brooklyn Brewery will provide you with a belly full of food and drinks to complement your night of invaluable learning.
