The Story

Made by a family-owned artisanal Italian bakery, Pan Ducale (meaning “bread of the duke") our crostini is handcrafted.  Pan Ducale's award-winning pastry chef, Maria Rosaria D’Amario uses coveted family recipes passed down for generations. Pan Ducale stands out by doing much of the baking by hand, giving you an authentic Italian eating experience.
