Mitica Acacia is a labor of love. To achieve its crystal-clear pureness and silky texture, bees are moved throughout a quiet, wooded region in Northern Italy where various blooms create this honey’s naturally floral aroma.

The Story

Award-winning beekeeping brother Fabrizio and Pierpaolo Cazzola have been in the honey biz for more than 20 years. Their acacia honey is the result of years maintaining up to 400 hives in the woods of Lombardy and Piedmont to achieve the purest, clearest acacia possible.

Made for drizzling over goat cheese or fresh ricotta.
