A fine, cold-pressed Umbrian olive oil from the heartland of Italy. Produced from Frantoio, Leccino, Moraiolo, Agogia, and Raggiolo olive varieties, it is a concentrated expression of it's fruity, vegetal terroir.
Usage Tips
This all-purpose oil is a pantry staple that makes an ideal base for cooking and baking while retaining enough complexity to be used for marinades and dressings. Drizzle over our hand-pulled mozzarella and garnish with basil and cherry tomatoes. From our family table to yours!
