This pasta is bronze drawn, slowly dried, and hand folded for the ultimate texture and sauce absorption. Made in the Marche region of Italy using a unique recipe, production is monitored by a "Mastro Pastaio" and adjusted depending on daily conditions to ensure consistent and delicious results.

Usage Tips

This truffle flavored fettuccine pairs well a creamy Alfredo, or a velvety mushroom cream sauce. The butter enhances the truffle aroma while the Parmesan adds a salty counterpoint. This allows the truffle flavor to shine.
