Our Large Grain Golden Kaluga Hybrid (acipenser schrencki x huso daricus) is an extremely firm, bright gold hued caviar. It is clean and buttery, with fantastic pop and mouthfeel. An excellent option for those wanting to enjoy true caviar at an approachably affordable price point.
