The Story

When milk prices began to decline, Deb and Doug Erb took to cheesemaking to revitalize their family dairy farm. Each creation from Jasper Hill carries its own unique story. In Sherry Gray, the cheesemakers pay homage to a treasured member of the Greensboro community.
