In 1910, the Talluto family arrived in the United States aboard the S.S. Italia. After a career as a chef, Joseph Talluto sold his family house, purchased a ravioli machine, and opened the original Talluto's store at 61st Street and Elmwood Avenue in southwest Philadelphia. Shortly after they opened their first production facility, they joined the Italian Market storefronts like Di Bruno Bros. and from there, Talluto's continued to flourish, expanding their production facilities and retail stores. Similar to our core values, Talluto's is rooted in family, integrity, and serving up authenticity, and we are proud to offer their delicious, artisanal pasta to our fellow food lovers. In the mood for a hearty meal? Whip up the delicious lobster-stuffed ravioli with our DB Vodka Cream Sauce. Sprinkle a touch of salt and pepper and you're ready to serve!

RICOTTA CHEESE CREPE MANICOTTI

This Manicotti will blow your mind! Simply lay the pasta on top of a layer of DB Arrabbiata Sauce and then cover them with another thin layer of sauce. Put in the oven and in less than 30 minutes, you'll have a simply delicious Italian dinner. The spiciness of the Arrabbiata sauce is tempered by the fluffy, sweet ricotta for an amazing combination of flavors. Two thumbs up!

Fully cooked and seasoned to impress, Talluto's large meatballs are made with the highest quality ingredients. USDA beef is ground and blended with Italian-style bread crumbs, fresh whole eggs, imported Pecorino Romano and Parmigiano cheese. Talluto's homemade rigatoni holds sauce extremely well, and for this we recommend our DB Puttanesca sauce. Following an old-world recipe, our Puttanesca is made with California grown San Marzano tomatoes and imported olives and capers.
