Through nominations narrowed down by Senior Management, and hand-selected by our company President, we celebrate a team member each month.
In light of celebrating our 75th Anniversary we are enhancing our Core Value Champion of the Month program to allow for more winners. We have so many wonderful, dedicated employees that choosing just two has proven quite challenging. So, beginning this month we will now have two winners and two runners-up. Great job team!

- Example: Kyle has done a fantastic job recently owning the cheese case and Prepared Foods cases, being instrumental in the reorganization of the store. He is always finding new ways to operate the store and make us more profitable.
- Why Should This Individual be named Core Value Champion of the Month? Kyle is the backbone of the Comcast location, being the face of our sandwich station as well as always going above and beyond the call of duty operationally.

- Why Should This Individual be named Core Value Champion of the Month? His dedication to minimize shrink, while driving sales and offering great customer service serves as an example to the team. He never passes up opportunities to try to sell to our customers.
