New at Rittenhouse! Organic Cold-Pressed Juices from Philadelphia Juice Bar!
We're happy to introduce the newest addition to our Rittenhouse family: organic, cold-pressed juices from Philadelphia Juice Bar! Juice maker extraordinaire Anita Iverson has been cold pressing produce and fruit since 2013. We now offer the full line of juices from Philadelphia Juice Bar at our Rittenhouse location. You can find Anita cold-pressing away at our new juice bar, just next to the coffee bar by the checkout counters. Maybe you’re already a cold-pressed convert, or maybe you could use a little convincing to meet your daily-recommended intake of fruits and veggies. Either way, we think you’re going to love all four of Philadelphia Juice Bar’s signature juices, which are all made with organic ingredients, and made fresh on-site. (And yeah, they’re also as healthy as they are beautiful.) Anita bought her first juicer in 2008, and quickly realized how much she enjoyed making fresh juices for friends and family. "That's when I realized what I was supposed to do—bring the healing benefits of organic juice to the world!" Anita says. Green Remediation Green Remediation offers a bountiful assortment of kale, cucumber, celery, lemon, parsley, apple, and ginger, for a little zing. Environmental Protection Environmental Protection serves up, tart pineapple, cucumber, cilantro, lime, ginger, apple, and beet, for its distinctive, gorgeous color. ACG You down with ACG? That’s apple, carrot, and ginger, of course. Detox Need a full-body reboot? Detox delivers apple, lemon, ginger, and some cayenne pepper, which helps aid digestion by stimulating the circulatory system. Sound too science-y? Don’t worry. We won’t quiz you later! Like Di Bruno Bros., Philadelphia Juice Bar saw the need in Philadelphia for healthier prepared food options. "We are happy to partner with them to bring organic, cold pressed juice to their customers," Anita says. For her, becoming the resident juice maker brings her back to Di Bruno's again—her first job when she moved to Philadelphia in 2001 was with Di Bruno Bros.'s catalog and mail order office in the Italian market. We're happy to have her back! Follow us and Anita on social to get all the latest info about samplings and blends or stop by Rittenhouse today and pick up a bottle!
